Barbara and Emmett Loyd are native to the region married over 35 years with three children that graduated from Oconee High School and five grand children. Barbara is an associate broker and has over twenty years in the business. She was introduce to real-estate by Wendell Dawson working as his Paralegal for 12 years.

Emmett joined the Loyd-Lindsey Team after retiring from BellSouth having learned more about real estate by sharing a dinner table with Barbara than most students learn from years of study.

Lincoln Lindsey has been in Athens long enough that you might think he's from here. But he's originally from L.A.. Moving to Conyers, GA at the age of five, Lincoln is still coping with the culture-shock.
